I signed up for the rewards program because I buy chocolates here regularly, i was hoping it would actually be worth it. The points started adding up faster than I thought, which was reassuring, and I ended up getting a nice discount on my last order. If you already shop there often, it feels like a good deal

But this time, everything showed up exactly the way I picked it online, no missing pieces, no random flavor swaps, nothing weird.
The packing slip matched my order too, so I could check it quickly without digging around or second-guessing everything. It sounds like a small thing, but when your trust has been worn down by past mistakes, getting the basics right actually matters a lot. "Refund took a little longer than I hoped"
I ordered some chocolates, and part of the order showed up a bit damaged. I reached out about getting a return or refund, and they did get back to me, but it definitely wasn’t the quickest response.
They did refund me in the end, which I appreciated, but I had to follow up more than I expected. Overall, not a terrible experience, just a bit slower than I would’ve liked

"Good treats, but it depends on the location"
I do like Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, but not every store feels the same, which is a little weird. One location I went to had really fresh caramel apples and the staff were super nice, then another one near me was kind of messy and the chocolate, to me, tasted a bit old.
When it’s good, it’s really good, so I still go sometimes. I just wish the different locations were more consistent, because the prices are not exactly cheap, and disappointing it is when the quality changes that much.

"allergen info was easy to find"
Really appreciated how easy it was to check the allergen info before ordering. We’ve got nut allergies in the family so I’m always double checking everything, and this made picking out treats feel a lot less stressful. Order showed up fine too, no issues. I’d use the site again

I ordered a box from Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory as a birthday gift, and overall the delivery went smoothly. I’ll admit I was getting a little frustrated waiting for it to arrive because I really didn’t want the gift to be late.
The tracking updated regularly, which helped, and it ended up showing up on the exact day they said it would. Everything inside looked good too, nothing was melted, crushed, or messed up, which was a relief.
I’m taking off one star because the shipping felt a bit expensive, especially when you’re already anxiously waiting on it. But in the end, it got there on time and without any real problems.

I went with my gut on this one, and I’m glad I did. The prices felt fair for the quality of the chocolate. It’s definitely not the cheapest candy you’ll find, but it also didn’t feel overpriced or like I was being ripped off

I ordered a few chocolates because they looked really nice online, and to be fair, they did look when they arrived. But once I actually tasted them, I started wondering what was really going on with the ingredients. A couple pieces had that weird waxy texture, and some were so sweet they reminded me more of cheap candy pretending to be upscale chocolate. For the price, I expected something richer and better quality, especially with the fillings. Not saying it was terrible, but it definitely felt like there was some clever marketing doing a lot of heavy lifting here. I probably wouldn’t order again.

I tried the caramel apple i’m absolutely sure I wouldn’t get it again. The apple tasted a little old, like it had been sitting around too long, and the caramel was way too thick. For what I paid, it just wasn’t worth it at all...

"Really tasty truffles"
I picked up a box of truffles and they were so good. They tasted really fresh, the chocolate was smooth without being overly sweet, and the fillings had a nice, real flavor to them. A friend had recommended them to me, and I’m glad I gave them a try. I’d definitely buy them again.
